“Black Lion (1992)” movie review.

"Black Lion" seems to have been intended to be a pilot for some sort of series, as it doesn't explain anything, but the ending promises that all will be revealed in 'time'...except that 'in time' never happened. Yet the only reason anyone should be watching this is for the gore and unintentional hilarity- and "Black Lion" gives us lots of both.

“The Bone Snatcher” is NOT a good movie, but I was surprised that I enjoyed it as much as I did. It deserves its spankings, but it was a nice throwback to the creature features of old.

Yet "Cooler's Revenge" works better upon second viewing because it isn't accompanied by the deadweight hype. On its own merits, it's briskly paced and excelled in the action department, so I was thoroughly entertained.

"Dragonball Z: The Tree of Might" seems like it wants to be more epic than your usual serial film, yet the characters are wasted and the story ends abruptly...yet it's also more epic than its predecessors and I was consistently entertained- despite its 'too long, yet not long enough' runningtime.

"Dragonball Z: The World's Strongest" isn't terrible, as it does boast some memorably cool moments, but the writing, animation and even the voice acting quality seems lazy compared to its predecessor.
