"Dragonball Z: Wrath of the Dragon" is... different, and not in the way that "Fusion Reborn" was different- where it felt like the filmmakers were subtly adapting a 'Goku x Vegeta' slash fanfiction while tripping out on drugs. This one just has different priorities, toning down fighting for the sake of fleshing out and developing its primary character.

Unfortunately, "Broly- The Second Coming" pisses on the legacy of its titular character by well...having the titular character actually getting pissed on.

“Dragonball Z: Bojack Unbound (1993)” movie review.

"Bojack Unbound" is interesting because it has everything I like and dislike about the Dragonball Z serial flicks. The film contains an intense civil war between bad and good, with the winner depending entirely on the viewers personal preferences. But even though it's really uneven, at least it stands out.
