Posted by MartialHorror October 16, 2014"The Five Deadly Venoms" boasts exceptional direction by Chang Cheh, ambitious writing by Kuang Ni (and Chang Cheh) and good martial arts action by the Venom Mob...I do find it strange, however, that I'm less enthusiastic in regards to the kung fu in this kung fu movie...even though I'm definitely a fan. -

Posted by MartialHorror October 8, 2014"South Shaolin Vs North Shaolin" might offer fire breathing ninja and drag queen ghost people, but it's just not very fun. I spent the majority of my viewing experience trying to figure out what in the hell was going on!
