"Battle of the Damned" didn't jump over any sharks, it jumped ON the shark and rode it all the way to zombie land and it was AWESOME. What's more unusual than putting Dolph Lundgren in a zombie scenario? How about throwing robots into the mix for absolutely no reason? That just...transcends quality and automatically makes "Battle of the Damned" the best movie of all time.

“Belly of the Beast” (AKA: The Stomach of Seagal) is one of my favorite direct-to-DVD Steven Seagal features. I’d be lying if I called it ‘good’, but it is consistently entertaining, even if it’s often for the wrong reasons.

“Redemption: Kickboxer 5 (1995)” movie review.

I have to admit that part of me wants to be somewhat forgiving towards "Kickboxer 5" for at least being an awful action movie, instead of an awful character drama (like "Kickboxer 2"). But here's the thing. While "Kickboxer 2" may have failed in the areas that mattered, at least it wasn't a disaster in every aspect of film-making. "Kickboxer 5" fails on ALL levels. It says something when the highlight of your film is Mark Dacascos calling the villain a 'butt face'.
