"Heroes of the Wild (1977)" happens to be one of the only kung fu flicks that offers all of the punching, kicking and sword fighting a fan can ask for, while also boasting strong character writing.

"Halloween III: Season of the Witch" is a battleground, where an army of positives and negatives fight to the death, the victor remaining unclear.

I've always had a...complex and unstable relationship with (the original) "Halloween 2". Depending on my mood, I will view the movie as a solid slasher and a worthy followup to "Halloween"- a classic within the genre. "Attack on Titan: Part 2" might be an improvement over its predecessor, but it's better in the same way that "Star Wars: Episode II- Attack of the Clones" is better than "Star Wars: Episode 1- The Phantom Menace", which is a bit of a backhanded compliment.

"Crimson Peak" might be wearing a very attractive dress, but it's only to distract you from how ordinary it is...

When I first heard about "Skin Trade", my immediate thought was: "Is this a step up for Dolph Lundgren? Or a step down for Tony Jaa"?. Nevertheless, I was intrigued to see the two martial artists collide and my mouth began to water as the cast expanded. Ron Perlman, Peter Weller and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa are awesome enough as it is, but Michael Jai White too? I'm...I'm pretty sure I just came a little...
